Choose to stay for just one night, or up to a month or more, all year round. All accommodation has underfloor heating; unlimited, free superfast broadband; ample, free off-road parking; and plenty of thoughtful touches - including a welcome pack - to make your stay an especially comfortable one. Longer breaks are discounted and include a weekly visit from our housekeeping team to change sheets and towels, and clean your rooms.
Bring your walking boots, dog (your four-legged friend is welcome in The Old Dairy and The Shippon), bike (there are lots of cycle routes in the area, plus we have a secure cycle lock-up), binoculars and camera (there’s abundant birdlife in the surrounding waters, stunning sunrises over The Mere, and sunsets along the canal).
Ideally located, Mereside Farm is just half a mile from the centre of Ellesmere and its welcoming mix of independent shops and cafes. These include high-quality delis, with local and home-made food to take away, and The Boathouse, a 5-minute flat walk from the farm's gate, and which is open for breakfast, lunches and afternoon teas.
